Dennis builds institutional relationships and originates business across digital assets and capital markets. His work combines investment research, strategic partnerships, commercial execution and direct experience supporting CFTC personnel on investigative and regulatory matters as a contractor.

Dennis co-founded Shale Intelligence with Charles Constantinou, former Chief of the United Nations Natural Resources and Energy Investment Unit. Through direct outreach, he originated and closed a paid advisory mandate with the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund, then advised the fund alongside Constantinou on global energy and natural-resources investments.
He recruited Richard Kunes, former EVP and CFO of The Estée Lauder Companies, as Shale's CFO and a member of its board. The research business served 100+ paying clients, reached 10,000+ newsletter subscribers and commercialized 45+ investment research reports.

Selected career experience
Current Crypto LLC · Founder
Institutional business development and digital-asset advisory. Originated $25M+ in institutional capital opportunities, supported $100M+ in digital-asset transaction activity, and originated a professional sports organization's bitcoin purchase through Cumberland.
Founded LenDeFi Labs and built a decentralized lending protocol, leading a 12-person team including an external development partner. Work included product specifications, the whitepaper and token economics. Advisory work also includes Mediterranean Asset Partners' Cyprus real-estate tokenization and Digital Asset Foundry's strategy and distribution.

CFTC matters · Independent contractor through Current Crypto LLC
Worked directly with CFTC personnel on blockchain analysis, transaction tracing, wallet and counterparty analysis, smart-contract assessment, reporting, compliance and regulatory matters. Prepared a sworn declaration and supporting exhibits in a digital-asset enforcement matter.

Originated and closed 40+ West Texas mineral-rights acquisitions. Built deal flow through cold outreach to 600+ owners, self-built lists, network outreach and county-level ownership research; supported basin, production, acreage, title and royalty analysis.
The fund had approximately $250M in total closed volume. That is the fund-wide figure, not Dennis's personal closed volume.
Shale Intelligence · Co-founder
Built and sold institutional investment research and advisory access. Co-authored and commercialized 45+ reports, presented investment theses to professional investors, and developed client-facing research and advisory materials.
Provided investment research copywriting for UN officials and edited research documents for UHNW clients and multi-strategy funds.
